The Friends and Family test presents a valuable opportunity for patients to offer feedback on the care and treatment they receive.

Introduced within the National Health Service in 2013, this test serves as a straightforward method to identify both commendable and deficient performance, motivating organisations to enact improvements. Patients are asked whether they would recommend health services to their friends and family if they required similar care or treatment. Through this test, patients can provide feedback on the quality of care received, offering service managers and staff valuable insights into patient needs to drive enhancements.

Atrumed Healthcare has been conducting this test since January 2014, with annual figures available in our Quality Accounts. Additionally, the test allows patients to share comments on our service, to which we actively respond.
